• really difficult jigsaw puzzles.
• Anthropologie gift cards.
• a huge stack of blank CDs.
• a ukulele, but that one’s already being covered.
• a supply of Polaroid film for my Sun 660.

I know. My birthday isn’t until November, but hey! Why not list this now as it’s angrily buzzing in my brain?

I took a shower earlier and when I came out and went to my room to dress, my grandma was starting at the screensaver on my laptop. My screensaver is set as a slideshow of all the pictures in my iPhoto files, so it’d show all the pictures I have on this thing. I ask my grandma why she was watching my laptop and she said, “I’m not in any of these pictures.” And then I felt really sad. She watched for another five minutes and then she left my room to go sleep in my brother’s. I have like ten pictures of my grandma on my laptop, but compared to the 10,000+ picture files on my laptop, that’s really minimal.
